What is the lifetokens return policy?

lifetokens customers who are unhappy with their purchase may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Stop worrying and open up!

What will you do with my email address?

Not a whole lot. We may contact you occasionally with new token designs or promotions, but we won’t sell or lease your email address to any third parties. Your email address will be used to communicate and send your receipt when you place an order. You can opt out of any messages from us if you’d like.

What will you do with my mailing address?

Again, nothing shady. Your mailing address will not be shared with any other users. We know you don’t want people knowing where you sleep. If a person doesn’t know your mailing address, they’ll never learn it from lifetokens. We won’t sell or lease your mailing address to any third parties and we won’t make it public.

What will you do with my credit card and billing information?

Your credit card and billing information is recorded via the highest security level (EV) Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL) and is fully encrypted. We do not store your credit card or billing information with your account.
