Somebody wants to send you a lifetoken via real mail, but isn’t sure of your mailing address. By following the link in the email and entering your address, your lifetoken can be shipped to you.

Ok, if I put in my mailing address will the purchaser see this address?

No, the sender will never have access to your mailing address if they don’t know it already. The mailing address you enter will go to straight to lifetokens inc. and then onto an envelope right back at you!

What happens when I ask lifetokens.com to find out a recipients address for me?

If you don’t know your recipient’s mailing address, we can try and obtain this information as long as you know your recipient’s email address. We’ll send your recipient an email with a link to enter their mailing address.

What happens if my recipient never clicks on the link and lifetokens.com never receives the address?

If your recipient has not filled in their address information within 14 days of the address request email being sent, we’ll send the lifetoken and mailer to your billing address. This allows you to find your recipient’s address on your own and send it at your leisure. We’ll even include a stamp!

Will other users have access to any of the information I put into my user profile?

Other users will not be able to see your mailing address, email address, or any other information that is stored in your user profile.
